1. License

IAM_DEV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Vision Search for personal, non-commercial purposes on your own devices.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Vision Search to:

• Search and organize your personal video and image files
• Index your own media for personal use

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App to process media that you do not own or have rights to
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all media files you process with Vision Search. The App processes your content locally on your device and does not claim any rights over your files.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. IAM_DEV does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Updates

IAM_DEV may update the App and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
